This Public Grievance(PG) Portal is an online platform available to the citizens to lodge their grievances to the Department Officials on any subject related to service delivery. The grievances lodged will be linked to respective Public Grievance Officer(PGO) of the department to which the grievance is marked. The designated PGO of each department is the responsible authority to redress the grievance in time bound manner.
The status of the grievances raised can be tracked with the unique Acknowledgement Number provided at the time of registration of the complainant. After closure of grievance if the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution, he/she can provide feedback.

- Matters which have not exhausted the channel of remedies available in the concern department
- Personal matters without exhausting available mode of remedies.
