The Goa Right of Citizens to Time-Bound Delivery of Public Services Act ensures that government departments provide notified services to citizens within a fixed time limit. This Act promotes transparency, efficiency, and accountability in public service delivery.
* Subjected to the application being complete and in order.
# Application can be done on a plain paper and by affixing a 10 stamp on it.
## Subjected to the approval of the government and the section 13 & 14 of the act.

If you don't get your service on time:
- File an application for time bound service delivery. #
- You will still get your service.
- The applicant may be adequately compensated for the delay in providing the service by the department. ##
